Description

The 2022 Streetscape Enhancement Measure has been announced as part of ‘Our Rural Future – Ireland’s Rural Development Policy 2021-2025.’ The aim of the scheme is to support the upgrade and enhancement of shopfronts and street facades. The scheme is open to applications in respect of commercial premises, residential or unoccupied buildings provided that this involves at least three adjacent properties (at a minimum).

Painting
Signage
Shopfront improvement / Decluttering
Illumination/Lighting
Green enhancement
Canopies & Awnings

Grant Rates:

Grant funding will be provided at 80% of total eligible project costs.

Successful applicants will be notified by Friday 21st October 2022.

Please read the terms and conditions prior to completing the form.

Works must not commence prior to receipt by Cavan County Council of the grant application form and written approval issued from Cavan County Council.

All works must be completed and final claim submitted to Cavan County Council NO LATER than August 31st, 2023.
